  1. 01What FlowArray is

One AI job across a whole list, on your own keys: the one-minute overview.

FlowArray runs one AI job across a whole list: every product, every row, at the same time.

You build it once, from cards: your items, an AI step, and where the results go.

Start from a photo, a spreadsheet, or a list. Get back images, videos, and text.

It runs on your own API keys, side by side, as fast as each key allows.

Every item is on record: which key ran it, how long it took, and what it cost.

Keep what you like, regenerate the rest, and find it all later in your Library.

And a daily spend limit keeps it in check, even when nobody's watching.

Start with a template. Your first run takes about five minutes.

FlowArray. One prompt, your whole catalogue.

  2. 02Your first run

Three product photos in; three studio photos out, all made at the same time.

Three products. Three studio photos. One run. This is your first run in FlowArray.

Open Workflows, and pick Product staging.

Add a row for each product, and drop its photo in. Three rows, three products.

Pick the pool with your API key, then tell the model the scene you want: a warm oak table, soft morning light.

Press Run. All three go at the same time.

Eighteen seconds later, here they are. Keep the ones you like. Regenerate the rest, and only those are paid for again.

Download them all, or find them later in your Library.

  3. 03Run a spreadsheet

Paste five products from a sheet; get a listing for each, and a spreadsheet back.

A spreadsheet of products in. A listing for every one of them, out. Here's how.

Open Workflows, and pick Product listing pack.

In your spreadsheet, copy the column, header and all.

Press Paste rows, paste, and add them. One product per row.

Pick the pool with your API key, and press Run. The rows run side by side, as many at once as your key allows.

Five seconds later, every product has a title, five bullet points and a description.

Export CSV, and it's a spreadsheet again: each product, next to its listing.

FlowArray. Your whole sheet, in one run.

  4. 04Find your work in the Library

Search, group by run, open a result to see where it came from, star it, file it, run it again.

Everything your runs make lands in one place: the Library. Here's how to find it again.

Open Library. Your newest results come first.

Type a word to search, or narrow it down by type.

Group by run, and each run's results stay together.

Open one to see where it came from: the flow, the model, and what it cost.

Star the ones you'll want again, and keep them in folders.

And Open in Builder brings back that run's flow and its rows, ready to run again.

    FlowArray. Everything you make, kept.

  5. 05Keys and spend limits

Add an API key, see it stay masked, put it in a pool, and set the daily spend limit.

FlowArray runs on your own API keys. Here's how to add one, share it safely, and keep spending in check.

Open API keys and add one: the provider, a name for it, and the key itself.

It's encrypted, and masked everywhere. Nobody reads it back out, not even you.

Set how many calls a minute, and how many at once, to match what your provider allows.

Then put it in a pool. Each step picks a pool by name, so people building flows never handle a key.

Several keys in one pool share the work, as far as your provider's limits allow.

And set a daily spend limit in Settings. Once it's reached, new steps stop, and work already running finishes.

    FlowArray. Your keys, your limits.

  6. 06Make a video and a GIF

One product photo in; a video and three looping GIFs out, in the Builder.

One product photo in. A video, and a GIF, out. Here's how, in FlowArray.

Open Workflows, and pick Product video ads. It opens in the Builder, ready to go.

Drop your product photo into the first row. One row is one product, so add a row for each one you have.

This is the prompt the video model follows: a slow push-in, a clean studio, and your product kept exactly as it is in the photo. Change any of it.

Want a GIF as well? Press Make a GIF. It turns the video into three looping GIFs, for free.

    Now press Run.

Less than two minutes later, your video is here, with its GIFs right behind it. Download them all at once.

And everything you make waits for you in the Library.

FlowArray. One photo, or your whole catalogue.
