Signing in and getting access
Email and password or Continue with Google — and if a teammate invited you, the invite email is the door.

Getting in takes one of three shapes, depending on how you arrived.
You were invited
An admin adds you by email and FlowArray sends you a branded invite. Open it, follow the link, set a password — or press Continue with Google if that email is a Google account — and you land in the workspace with the role you were given.
- Invite links expire after 7 days. If yours has lapsed, ask an admin to send a new one; nothing is lost.
- Google sign-in is invite-only by design: it works for an email that already has an account or a pending invite, and refuses everything else. There is no self-service signup to your workspace, so nobody arrives uninvited.
You are setting up FlowArray for the first time
The very first visit to a fresh installation shows Create owner account. Set your email and a password of at least 8 characters. That account owns the workspace and can invite everyone else — see Inviting people.
You already have an account
Sign in with your email and password, or Continue with Google for the same email. Sign out from the account menu at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Staying in control of your sessions
Settings → Security lists every device that is currently signed in as you, with its rough location, browser and last activity, and lets you revoke any of them. Worth a look after using a shared machine. Revoking a session ends it immediately.
If you belong to more than one workspace
The account menu grows a workspace picker with a tick beside the one you are in. Switching changes everything you see — keys, flows, runs and spend are never shared between workspaces. See Workspaces.
