Templates: ten flows you can run today

Ready-made, editable workflows for the jobs people actually bring — product shots, listings, ads, video, cleanup, analytics — each one built from ordinary cards.

A template is not a special mode — it is an ordinary workflow, pre-wired, that you can edit, save and make your own. Open Workflows → Start from a template. Two of them need a connected tool server first; the rest need only a pool.

Images

  • Product staging — re-stage product photos as on-brand studio scenes. Upload the product plus a style reference, describe the scene, run it across the catalogue in parallel. This is the flagship batch, and it carries seasonal prompt suggestions.
  • Image cleanup — remove backgrounds and upscale in bulk through fal.ai. The prep step that feeds every other pipeline.
  • Ad creative factory — write ad hooks and copy with a text model, then render matching image ads for each product. The product × variant matrix, and a good demonstration of one step feeding the next.
  • Ad + QA loop — generate an ad, have a Claude vision reviewer score it, and regenerate with the reviewer's notes until it passes, up to three tries. Pick a Gemini pool for the image step and a Claude pool for QA — the reviewer must be able to see the image. Items that never pass arrive as their best attempt, flagged Needs review, rather than silently.

Text

  • Product listing pack — titles, bullets and descriptions for every SKU in one batch. The cheapest place to start.
  • Listing localizer — translate and adapt listings for another market.
  • Catalog enricher — read product images with a vision model and fill in category, colour, materials, attributes and alt text across the catalogue.
  • Enrich via MCP tool — call a connected tool server once per row (look up a product, a repo, a record) and have AI turn the raw result into clean copy. Needs a connected MCP server.
  • Analytics digest — pull real numbers from a connected analytics server for each date window, then write a tight executive digest: revenue, orders, AOV, ad spend, MER, CPA. Windows run in parallel. Needs a connected analytics server.

Video

  • Product video ads — turn a product image into a short video ad with Veo 3.1, audio included, on your existing Gemini key. Video is the most expensive thing here by a wide margin — a few dollars per clip, not a few cents — so read What a run costs before running a list.

Making one yours

Change anything: the instruction, the model, the pool, the columns, the number of steps. Save it and it becomes a normal entry in Workflows with its own schedule, trigger, share and batch-import actions. Templates carry tips where the setup has a catch worth knowing — the Ad + QA loop's two-pool requirement, for instance — and those tips are visible on the template card.
