Turning a flow's notifications off

Mute a chatty flow for yourself in Preferences — or, as an admin, silence it for the whole workspace from its card.

One flow running every hour should not drown out the flows you care about. There are two mutes, and the difference matters.

Just for you

Settings → Preferences → Workflow notifications → tick Mute next to the flow. You then stop getting that flow's run-outcome notifications everywhere — bell, email and webhook — and only for you. Untick to start again.

For everyone (admins)

Click the bell icon on the flow's card on Workflows. That flow then sends no run notifications at all, to anybody — no bell, no email, no webhook. The card shows Alerts off; click again to restore.

This is the right tool for a flow that is noisy for the whole team, and the wrong one for "I personally don't need this" — use the per-user mute for that.

Both are future-only

Muting affects future runs. Notifications already emitted stay in your bell. Everything is unmuted by default.

Before you mute an unattended flow

A muted schedule or trigger fails silently — it still spends, you just do not hear about it. Prefer notify on → only failures so success is quiet and a genuine problem still reaches you. If you do mute it outright, put a note in your calendar to check usage occasionally.
